1.6 Creative Communicator:

Students communicate clearly and express themselves creatively for a variety of purposes using the platforms, tools, styles, formats and digital media appropriate to their goals.

Examples in the classroom include:

Students in the Innovations classroom will be working to communicate with one another during team challenges, but also to provide productive feedback. This may be provided in face-to-face with students in class, but also to those in other classrooms. I think it's very important that students are learning how to provide positive and meaningful feedback to others, even when it isn't provided directly to them. This will help prepare them for the digital world as well as they are digitally collaborating with students from throughout the district.
